I have a 20 hp mercury just bought it and took it out for the first time today here's the problem motor starts and runs fine when shifting into gear and giving it throttle no go prop is spinning and acts like it wants to but nothing ok I shouldn't say nothing it's like a trolling motor and I know it should be alot faster any ideas on how to fix would be much appreciated I have a little girl who was wanting to fish tomorrow morning HELP!!!!
