engine problem-one of the sixst cylinders does not work

my engine make is MERCURY, two stroke, 6 cylinders, oil injected. The engine was out of use for about 10 years. I replaced all the 6 pluges, I cleaned the three carburatores, and replaced the floats and the niddles inside the carburatores. While starting the engine I found that only three cylinders worked (no.2-the cylinder beyond the upper one, no. 4 and no. 5) while no. 1, no.3 and no. 6-didn't work. After inserting a lot of cleaning spray to the the carburators, 2 of the cylinders that didn't work-start working, but cylinder no. 3 didn't "wake up".....
I want to say that I checked the presure in all the 6 cylinders, and it was about 120-140, so the pistons inside the cylinders are not broken, I cheked all the coil's cables-they are not damaged.
Coud someone help me to solve the ptoblem?
many thanks,
