110 Throttle Linkage

I need to replace the throttle gears on a 110 9.8hp (#4247977). I have the part, the lower horizontal gear, (A-43-60858 ). I have removed the handle and can access the rod on which the gear is set, but I cannot see how to remove the old gear and install the new one. Help needed please.
 
Thanks for the heads up. That is beyond my tool box. The dealer will replace it at a reasonable cost. Maybe some easier tasks ahead with which you can help.
