I have rebuilt all three carbs did a through rebuild complete tear down and soak in cleaner and rebuilt. VRO oil side stopped working but fuel side still works well so we just mix the fuel. engine starts and idles fine and revs up on fast idle lever but in the water under load it bogs when you try to go to WOT. any help would be great.
