lower unit gear oil drain plug head stripped

My Nissan 140, lower unit oil drain plug has a straight slot screwdriver head and its stripped and the plug won't come out. Any ideas? Thanks.
 
A manual (hammer-operated) impact tool may work. Otherwise, drill it out and use a screw extractor. That is a symptom of using a screwdriver that is too small for the plug; in the future, use the biggest one that will fit.
