I just bought a pontoon with a 99 mercury 50 and it has no guages at all,I know I need adapter cable for a tachometer,have already ordered it.My question is what kind of tach do you all recommend , and what other guages, I am thinking tach and voltmeter are the most important.Also I know the tack hooks up to wires from mentioned harness, but what about voltmeter. Also have heard that tach needs to be set to how many pulses my motor is ,how do I find that out.Thanks for any help.
