Ground Wire

I'm wrapping up a powerhead rebuild. I'm sort of stuck...found this ground wire but can't remember where in the world this go...anyone have any idea? I have a 1993 Evinrude VE90TLETS model engine.

Also, there's plug on the exhaust manifold cover...a tube of sort goes into it but i'm not sure which one. :( Is it the tube from the bottom of the engine cover?

 
FaztBullet, it does look like #39 from the exhaust housing. But i can't remember taking it off from there.

RacerOne, any particular spot on the motor that it attaches to?
 
One end goes on the front stud that mounts the block.--5/16" stud with a nut that takes a 1/2" wrench.----Starboard side.------The others are then easy to figure out

Thanks Racerone. You are correct. It's the #43 on the Stern bracket that hooks up to the 5/16 stud on the starboard side. Man, that was really stressing me out. Thanks for helping a newbie out.
