89 mercury 25 ho wiring help

Hi everyone, I'm not much of an outboard person but I fell into a project and I am pretty mechanically inclined. But hit my first problem this afternoon. I'm working on a 89 Mercury 25 horse tiller. I'm putting on the new tiller handle but have a hard time with the wiring because there was no handle on it when I got the motor. Here's a couple pictures if someone has a diagram or pictures of how the wires are supposed to be I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks guys
 
There are four wires loose , two in my hand one yellow one near the bottom and a black one that I'm assuming it's just a ground
 
Are the 2 wires in your hand from the starter switch. If they are the red goes to + on the rectifier the yellow goes to one of the small terminals on the solenoid. The other small terminal on the solenoid gets attached to the neutral safety switch. The Black is a ground and the black plug goes to the kill switches. Double check that with a wiring diagram but I am pretty sure that's how it goes.
