hello i have a 1998 150 mercury efi not getting fuel on bottom cylinder. i think I'm maybe getting a little fuel on bottom cylinder. all the rest of my cylinders are black and the bottom left one is clean. also there is white milky fuel coming out of exhaust with water out from prop. compression is 120 120 115 115 120 and 110 on the bottom left cylinder that is clean. wasn't doing it at first when i bought the motor. i brought it home don't know if some wires had gotten loose or what. it runs good and its on a stand. please all help would be appreciated. thanks
