I recently was out on the water and out of nowhere my motor bogged down to almost an idle no matter what the throttle was at. I got it home and noticed the vro pump was cracked and leaking so I changed it out with a standard fuel pump. After that was complete I went to start the motor and it wouldn't start, fuel was pouring out of the lower carb. I pulled all three drain plugs and the lower carb was full and the top two had nothing in it. Any ideas what is going on?
