Japanese Mariner 40HP ID

Hi everyone,

Sorry to start another thread asking for assistance with motor identification, but I have had absolutely no luck anywhere else.

I have a Made in Japan Mariner 40HP, which is listed on the motor tag as a 40BM, which I understand would be made by Yamaha.

The SN is 676B1303048. I can't seem to find any Mariner / Mercury parts for it, so I thought if I could find out which Yamaha model is the equivalent, then I can just search for Yamaha parts to suit.

Look carefully on the top of this page.---------------Engine diagrams--------------I am sure you can find what you want there.
