so I have another thread going about my lower unit but I started working on my fuel pump rebuild finished it cleanedhttp:// [url]http://s484.photobucket.com/user/wismo1/media/Mobile%20Uploads/20160316_183010.jpg.html?filters[user]=77829857&filters[recent]=1&sort=1&o=0[/URL] carburetors started up the motor and this fell out and I have no idea what it is oh how to put it back

I tried finding the part number on it but have no idea what it goes to. That is a 1993 90hp force correct?

Yes 93 force
I have lower unit/gear housing off
Started motor up for about 5 seconds to verify fuel fump rebuild and that fell out from up inside leg.

Called an exhaust seal.
It goes up inside the lower unit.
Between the drive shaft and the shift shaft.
A bit of silicone or glue will help keep it in place.

It's no longer available.
Just put it back up between the driveshaft and shift shaft.
