1993 2 stroke 150hp What prop to get.

I want to replace the prop I have on my Yamaha motor. I want to increase the speed if I can. What prop pitch would be good for more speed, with out causing problems to the engine. I'm sticking to the 3 blade.
 
Way more info required. Type/size of boat, current prop diameter and pitch, current rpm's at WOT, engine height etc. Then you can start looking at changes to the prop.
