What type thread / gasket sealent do I use

I should be getting my rebuilt 454 long block back in a week or so and was wondering what brand / type of gasket sealant you all would recommend to use on gaskets like the fuel pump, fresh water circulating pump etc. Anything on bolt threads ? Loctite or anti-seize, which one where ?
Thanks for your opinions.

Permatex #3 is a decent sealer....

Bolt threads....that depends on which ones....Loctite PST works well when warranted...

thanks for the info . What about the threads on the oil lines to and from the oil cooler, and steel fuel lines into the new fuel pump? what bolts should have loctite on ?

As kimcrwbr1 said, on the threads of the flared fittings, no sealer should be required and endorse flare nut wrenches (but buy good ones). On both the fuel pump and the oil cooler, it is common to have an adapter which is usually NPT to flare - PST is appropriate for the NPT end or locktite, if you prefer.
