1994 25 hp C25ELRS convert to tiller

Hello, I have a 25 HP yamaha model C25ELRS that is set up with the remote controls. I have a boat that is set up for a tiller engine. What parts do I need to add the tiller and looks like there is a button for the starter Anyone do this before?
