Need help with boat mechanic

Hello everyone. Can anybody give me some tips which sites or companies i can contact to to find a marine boat mechanic? We are searching indian, phillipino or any well experienced mechanic who are ready to change place of living, probably with their family and move to Egypt. We have good salary but i already tried millions ways to find any and didnt have any replies. Im searching for free sites without payment or may be any contacts with companies who are involved in this area. TIA

Most schools have a job placement program have you contacted any schools?

Salary would need to be well over $150,000.00 US plus war and hazard pay with free room and board/ house.

Similar to oil workers and "private" employees for the government.
