Yamaha 150 SHO or 200 Standard Repower

Hi folks, new to the site. I frequent the Boston Whaler Continuous Wave site but haven't had much bite on this topic. I own a 1994 19' Outrage II, it's 1,900 lbs dry weight & basically the mid 90's Whaler version of Outrage's Center Console models. It's rated at 150 HP which is OK for that model but could definitely be bumped to 200. I'm looking into the 150 SHO or 200 in line models. I have read some pretty convincing stuff on the SHO models in terms of performance but can't shun off another 33% horsepower going to the 200, & they are the same weight or very similar as both utilize the 2,785 cc block. My question is....does anyone have experience and/or opinion on these two options as it applies to my repower?
