1997 Honda 90 hp in gear does'nt accelerate

Hello

I have a 1997 Honda 90 hp, 4 stroke that in idle runs smooth but when get in gear and I try to increase the rpm just shoot donw, like need more gas or something.
If you have any tips I will appreciate your help.
