Mariner 225hp 3.0l carb no spark

Mariner 1995 electronics on a 200 block. Removed motor from boat (running). Been on stand for approx. 4 months. Hooked up battery, fuel, water tried to start found no spark. Sent off ECU, no faults found, complete refund. replaced crank position sensor and stator. no spark. check all wiring nothing to ground. Also have a new alternator. Any ideas?

Haventaclue about these but it sounds like a ground in kill circuit you could disconnect the kill wire,black/yellow stripe,you'll need to choke to kill if she fires up.Look for bare wire grounding out

Motor is on a stand. No controls hooked up. Have 12 volts to ECU, Alternator, cps. No continuity from blk/yellow kill wire to block.
