I have a 800 stringer that I recently replaced all the power steering hoses. I had the two smaller hoses crossed when I hooked them to the actuator. Long story short. When I started it the steering wheel went all the way to the starboard side and started to skip back and forth. I shut it down and fixed the hoses now my problem is the wheel turns all the way to the starboard side but only goes just past center to port side. Im guessing something jumped a gear. Ive tried everything short of removing the outdrive and turning it and then reinstalling it. Im not even sure if that will work. Looking for a solution if anyone has had this problem. Im stumped.
