Carb adjustment on 60 hp mercury 1995

I'm having trouble with my 1995 60 hp mercury. It will run ok when handle is in cold start, but when i bring it back to neutral it dies instantly. Could this be a carb issue and if so how and where are adjust screws to adjust carb. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks :)

thanks for advice . I will see about cleaning carbs. One adjustment screw sets back more than other if i and you are talking about same screws. Can you recommend place online to download free repair manual for mercury 60 hp. Thanks for anyone's help :d
 
My mercury 60 hp has oil injection. What is your thoughts in plugging it off and mixing oil manually. Fear is oiler will quit and burn motor up before i would know it had quit. Give me your feedback on this . Thanks all
 
From what I read the system is fairly reliable. That said, you could always 'juice' the fuel with some premix, say at a 100:1 ratio.
