While checking the static timing on this motor I noticed the secondary throttle pickup screw seemed to be loose. It fell off when I touched it. Now that I have it repaired I cannot get the carb synchronizing correct. When throttle is opened fully the carbs aren't opening all the way. I tried adjusting the actuator plate but can't seem to get it correct. Any help like videos, links or a smarter mechanic would be appreciated.
