Rev limiter is where ?

Just wondering what internal component the rev limiter is located in on my 02 Merc 75hp elpto. I see on older models its an individual external unit, but mine doesnt have that. Must be internally in the CDM modules ?

Rev limiter is a external unit and not used on all models,usually on jet models....
