1999 Suzuki can't seem to find anyone who knows

Giddy fellas I have twin 150 suzukis 1999 fuel injected motors one runs great other starts great idles fine but won't rev over 3000 revs have tried swapping sensors from each motor with no changes done fuel filters plugs etc almost like a limp mode ? Any ideas why? Compression is all spot on to
not sure where to go next asked quiet a few mechanics with no success just wondering if anyone on here might have had this drama

Hi mate i don't think so as I replaced it not long ago. As an update I stuffed around with vapour separters today switched them on each motor made no difference. Yet switched them back and the one running good is running **** now to. They r both surging up and down like air locks? Wondering do I need to bleed high pressure pump? Also motor getting a injector knock like starving of fuel ? Checked all fuel lines and filters r good
