mercruiser 5.0 thunderbolt 5, fuel delivery

I have a 2000 bayliner 2050 capri, mercruiser 5.0. boat quit out on the lake , towed in.
no fuel to carb. replaced fuel pump - oil send unit as well as oil pressure switch.
no fuel to carb
pump runs fine hotwired.
how do I check wiring?
also a new fuel/ water sep
 
Remove connector from oil pressure SWITCH (2 wires, not single wire which is for the gauge) and short the two pins on cable with a paper clip. Turn ignition on. Should be able to hear/feel electric fuel pump running. IF it runs, check for possible bad anti-siphon valve on tank.
 
cleaned terminals on oil switch, runs now. tried to jump terminals did not work, maybe bad connection.
how o I check anti syphon valve?
