Power drive v2 55# thrust wont turn

Hey guys glad I found this forum. My question is why wont my v2 power drive turn when I press left or right on the foot pedal? When I press the foot pedal the motor clicks and the head twitches, but it wont turn in either direction. The thrust pedal works fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
 
I occasionally have this problem. Though usually my head will turn but not the prop. Make sure your battery connections are very tight.
