Link and Sync 1972 mercury 650 timing belt question

Are you throttling her down, or is she doing that on her own? If the latter, you're loosing fuel pressure.

PS: No bogging issues far as I can tell.
 
Throttling down. If anything, it's getting too much fuel. I'm running it on the very rich side - hence the little bit of shaking.
