2004 Mercury 4.3 won't stay running

The motor runs great for a short time( 15-30 minutes) and then it runs out of fuel. Will the electric fuel pump work and when it heats up stop? I see a lot of people talk about the oil pressure switch and just need some advice on what to check first.
 
The oil pressure switch was bad and I replaced it. When I hooked the battery up I did it backwards and blew the 90 amp fuse at the starter. Engine turns over fine but has no spark. No burnt wires anywhere. I tested to see if I had spark out of the coil wire and had no spark. I think I may have fried the ignition Module. Is there away to check the ignition module or some other place I need to be looking. Thanks for your help.
