While I was running approx. 35 mph engine seemed to neutral out. I have fwd and rev, and can move the boat up to 1200 rpm, above that feels like engine in neutral, no power. Also noticed prop is making contact with housing.
 
Sounds like the hub in the prop is spun.
Mark the hub with a marker.
Reinstall, go for a ride and see if the mark has moved.
You can't spin it by hand even if it's real bad.
So try marking the hub.
