1986 OMC Cobra

have a 1986 OMC cobra 4.3 liter V6 bent a prop blade . have a problem when I throttle up , seems it starts to cavitate and I loose thrust... is that the bent blade doing that ?? not bent to the extreme, just bent maybe 3 inches of the blade. also have a 14.5 X 19 blade , any possibility to go a little more agressive on the prop?
 
A prop is bent way more than one can see. I've seen many that have no visible problems but shook the to boat death, even out of the box.
