Mercruiser 3.0 TKS Cranking but not starting- possible blown carb fuse

Hello,

I am currently in the process of getting my boat ready to take out. The battery sat all winter so I hit it at 40 amps for about 30 minutes. The engine started (I didn't know about priming by giving two pumps of WOT) and ran for a couple minutes before dying. At this point, I, stupidly, assumed it was a battery issue and tried to solve the problem by putting 200 amps into the engine. After this point, the engine still cranked, but there was no "combustion" like sound, nor could I detect even the slightest whiff of fuel. Upon inspection of a spark plug (completely dry), my best guess is that I blew the carburetor fuse. Only problem is I don't really know where on the engine this is located. Could anyone provide some help as to its location/other potential issues?

Thanks,
Matt
