PCM part, or Hydrodyne?

I am trying to figure out if this is a PCM part, or specific to Hydrodyne (1994 Grand Sport with 351 EFI). It is located under the dash.

I'd suspect its from the hull OEM vs PCM.....guessing by the wire colors, I'd lean towards it being a warning horn controller board....

Having knowledge of where the wires go would be beneficial to further exploration....
