I have a 2014 Merc outboard 25 hp 4 stroke. H20 is coming out of side port on engine, but not as much as usual. No overheating alarm. Cleaned intake port with toothbrush, no increase of flow. Whats next.

Fixed problem. Read where you use trimmer string to unplug port on this forum. Thanks.
