honda BF 130 lower unit prop shaft holder removal

Removed propeller and noticed corrosion around lip seal housing on the prop shaft holder (PSH). One seal fell out!, Can the holder PSH be removed and replaced without pulling prop shaft? I know the holder has a needle bearing ....?
 
Thanks Skooter, I will try that, I'd like to keep it running, many thousands of hours on this engine in the New England lobster biz.....16 years worth....Engine made me thousands of $..... very reliable, quiet, no exhaust fumes and fuel efficient ... wish more people could be like the first three.!!
