1991 OMC 4.3 Cobra - water pouring into engine compartment from motor

Hey guys,

Real Amateur here. My boat has been sitting for two years. Finally got it fired up today in my driveway with the muffs on, and i noticed water pouring into the engine compartment from what looks like somewhere near the starboard motor mounts, but i can't tell exactly where. How screwed am I? I'm hoping its not a cracked block and that its something simpler than that. Thanks.

Boat is a 1991 SunBird Corsair with an OMC Cobra 4.3
 
Ayuh,.... If water is pourin' in, findin' the leak oughta be pretty easy, just Look,....

My guess is, it wasn't winterized, 'n it blew out a core plug,....

Whether the block is cracked, you'll have to replace the core plug to find out,....
 
or maybe one of the drains is open

when you have an old boat, you'll need to get good at cranking your body around to get your eyes where they need to be.
A big old truck mirror is a handy tool- lay it in the bilge and you'll see a lot of things.
