My 1988 evinrude will fire and start intermittently. It has given me trouble firing both while being plugged into the boat ( the red cannon plug) as well as when it was not plugged in. The last time it fired and ran, when I turned the key to off, it only dropped in RPM but would not die.Is there a ground somewhere on the engine that may be weak? HelpThanks
