I have twin 2007 8.1 Crusaders. I would like to display my engine data on my Garmin GPS. Has anyone made this connection successfully? According to Crusader my engines are NMEA 2000 compatible. Thanks for any help!
 
You'll have to check with GARMIN for the specifics of the GPS you have (or read it's manual) to see what can be displayed....if it looks viable, then you'll need an interconnecting cable and then configure the electronics....its nothing more than a simple networking setup....

BTW - claims of "compatible with the XXX standard" are usually rather flimsy...."fully compliant, verified by XYZ Co." (or something similar) is much more valuable.
