Johnson J200STLEDM 95' SLOW

After about 15 - 20 minutes running, it seems to begin running in SLOW mo. NO alarm lights or Alarm sounds. Just will not go. If you run it for 5 or 10 mins back to the dock, it'll not crank and stay running. Any ideas?
 
Well, double check the engine temps on the heads with a temp gun when this is happening.
Also, pump the primer bulb to effectively be a manual fuel pump....see if it picks up.

search and read.....this problem is all over these boards many times, and you might get the answer on an older post.
Over on iboats too for sure.
You will for sure get ideas.
 
SLOW wont effect idle and starting it just wont exceed 3000 rpm and shudders and shakes. Sound more like electrical problem

Ok, so for the last 5 weeks, we have - Replaced the Stator, Power Pack, Rectifier, Temp Sensors in the heads. Going to replace the Trigger Pack this week.

Anyone have any additional ideas?
