Mercruiser 6.2 dies when warm

Hey all,

My Mercruiser 6.2 starts just fine when cold. After it runs for a few minutes at idle, between 2-3 minutes. It will then begin to start searching for an idle and when I watch it on the scanner it does everything it can to stay alive. It changes timing, it works the IAC, it does it all and then the voltage drops then it dies. But...if it is running, I can run it like a top, I did two 72 MPH runs and it didn't miss a beat. I anchored in a cove for an hour, tried firing up and it wouldn't start. I finally got it going, and it ran great to the marina until I idled it and it died.

I did a hell of a lot of troubleshooting tonight with the working engine:

Swapped IACs
Swapped MAPs
Swapped Crank Position Sensors
Tested voltage coming from the alternator, at spec.
Not losing any voltage from the battery to the engine
Took off the flame arrestor and no change
Swapped ignition control modules
Made sure all plugs were connected
Tightened connections on starter

I didn't check fuel yet, need to get a custom connection.

Before I head out to the marina, anyone have ideas?

I can also upload my Rinda scan log if that would help.

Custom connection?
Fuel is what I would be looking at. Post the serial number of the engine.

Engine serial: OW063672

It has an upgraded intake and my builder took out the schrader valve to avoid leaks. So I need to get a new fitting to connect to the fuel rail. Heading to the marina to pull a hose off and take it to find a fitting.
