Replacing a 2003 90 HP carbureted with a 2013 90 HP Fuel Injected

I am looking at replacing my 2003 90 HP Yamaha carbureted outboard with a 2013 90 HP Yamaha fuel injected outboard model F90XA. Will my existing controls work with the new change up or will they need to be replaced?
