The throttle control arm is acting weird, every time I try to turn it and rev the engine it keeps turning back down.
i have the set screw under the arm tightened all the way. could it simply be the plastic friction piece that is worn? or, could there be something with the cable bracket attachment to the carb that would cause this (maybe a gremlin in the engine saying don't rev me so much...;>)
