89 dt150ss carb adjustment

I pulled the carb and had them cleaned and they were nasty, reassembled and was wondering what the initial adjustment is on the jets. any help is appreciated. Just bought this boat last yr have never ran this engine. Also was in need of steering, it only has 1 cable and the tube for a 2nd cable is broke.
 
The 65 I'm working on was happy with 2 complete turns out on all 3 carbs. I was told to always start at a turn and a half out on engines, and do a rag snuff to test.
