1972 Sea King 9.6 Pump Issues.

So the impeller looks good, where plate is good. Housing is ok, has minor pitting. No matter what I try It barely spits water. Could there be a blockage in thevmotor its self? Im so confused on this one. Anyone have any ideas?

Barley spits?? Where does it come out?
The little holes in the mid section?
That's not where most of the water exits.
It should come out the snout.
Replace the impeller.
Even if it "looks" good it might not be pumping enough.

Get a heat gun and take some readings as it runs.
 
Its been sitting for 2 years and I swear it was a lot more water coming from that exhaust relief. Maybe I just got so used to my other motors that this one looks abnormal to me. Thank you for the heads up though. and yes I can hold my hand on the heads, its hot but i can still keep my hands there.
