1999 J40PLEEA 40 HP Johnson Outboard

I have a 1999 40 HP Johnson outboard. I seems to only be running on 1 cylinder. I replace the coil pack and the spark plugs, but that doesn't seem to be the problem. One mechanic suggested the CDI box was bad. I can't find a CDI box in the list or diagram here. could he be talking about power pack?

What is the compression psi of all cylinders?

With the spark plugs removed, do you have spark on all cylinders that will jump a 7/16" gap?

If the two above areas are as they should be... you probably have a fouled carburetor.
