TAMD40B antifreeze in oil

I have TAMD40B I got Antifreeze in Oil. Oil become white and I can taste sweetness
Recently was installed new engine head, new head gasket, new exhaust manifold.
Engine head was tight 94lp Used only Volvo parts
Anybody can give me advise on, where to start look for the problem
 
Why did you install new parts? Did you have this problem before you installed the new parts? Did the problem start immediately after you installed the new parts?

Usually, if you didn't have a problem until you worked on the engine and have a problem after you worked on it, the problem is with the work you did or the parts you used.

I would be looking at the head gasket.
