Clean carb. change fuel line with kik connectors too still have to start with starting fluid once it buns it it will stop not passing gas to carb.
 
Sounds like the fuel pump is bad??
Or the low speed jet in the carb isn't clean.
Clean the carb, make sure the jets are clear.
Then take the fuel pump apart and inspect the diaphragm.
Any crud in the needle seat?
Is it set right?
You have a manual?
 
Thank you I will do them things hopefully it will work and I hope I didn't do damage to it by using starter fluid didn't know won't use it again
 
Starting fluid, if used a lot can strip the protective oil from the moving parts.
The bearings and bushings etc. are lubed by the gas/oil.
Like kim suggested a spray bottle(if you can find one that won't melt)
