Sorry if this is not in the correct forum but I have bought a boat that spent most of its days docked in fresh water.
The Hull has a coating of antifouling that could do with freshening up. I only use the boat occasionally and it is kept at home on a trailer. With the way I use it, I'm sure that I do Not need antifouling. Would I have to remove all the antifouling to be able to use normal paint on the hull or am I just better off giving a coat of antifoul?
