Rocks won the prop fight need help

Yep, found the only shallow spot in 40ft of water and tore my prop up. I've never replaced a prop, and I'm looking for a cheap replacement. It's a 1986 Johnson vro 90hp. I have no idea where to buy from or what size to look for. I don't have a tach and I'm not real concerned about doing 50 mph, it's a 1967 starcraft aluminum boat (18ft). Any help is appreciated.
 
Depending on how bad it is, a prop shop can repair it, rebalace and return it to you good as new. If you want a brand new one, our hosts are hard to beat on price and service.
Cruise flebay for a cheapo spare for the next time the bottom reaches up and grabs you.
