Hi I am very new to this but I've got myself a Johnson 4.0 HP outboard it was purchased in 1997 model nr BJ4BREDS it had been stood a while I've emptied the fuel cleaned the in line fuel filter put new fuel in and she started but seemed to get "bogged down" and cut out the plugs well one had a bit of carbon on it so I've replaced the plugs now she starts and runs and revs but it's a constant battle with revs and he choke to keep her running, any ideas?
