I have a 1998 Mariner 40 hp 3 cylinder 2 stroke outboard that appears to run fine at idle but when I go to wide open it runs wide open for about 5 seconds and then seems to run on 2 cylinders. When I pulled the plugs the bottom cylinder plug was wet. Does anyone know if this would be a lower coil.
